PMS

i hate having my period. i never lose any weight that whole week, but its ok because im looking forward to the following week and a great loss. water retention is not my favorite thing. i try not to eat so much sodium during the week of my period and i try to drink more water.. not sure if that helps or not, but ill give it a shot. i have been working out on the treadmill alot more. yesterday, i walked on the treadmill an hour during the day and 30 mins at night for a total of 4.5 miles. im so excited that im finally getting off of my butt and exercising. i love losing weight and becoming a healthier person. i just hope i can keep it up :)
