213.2 and Size 16

Wow! i cant believe it. i woke up this morning and was 213.2! i havent been that low in weight in a long time. its so exciting to see such a huge loss since ive started this journey. ive learned so much about eating healthy and ive learned to stick to it even though ive wanted to quit so many times. slow, steady weight loss is the key. ive also learned to be patient at seeing results. its not going to happen overnight. i went to walmart a couple of nights ago to get groceries. i wanted to try on a pair of jeans and i fit into a size 16. thats amazing. i never thought that with 20 pounds lost id drop a size. im so excited. they were even a tad bit baggy in the legs. ive never been this happy with myself and i hope that this can inspire some of you to be patient while you lose your weight. good things do happen if you keep with it. :)

PMS

i hate having my period. i never lose any weight that whole week, but its ok because im looking forward to the following week and a great loss. water retention is not my favorite thing. i try not to eat so much sodium during the week of my period and i try to drink more water.. not sure if that helps or not, but ill give it a shot. i have been working out on the treadmill alot more. yesterday, i walked on the treadmill an hour during the day and 30 mins at night for a total of 4.5 miles. im so excited that im finally getting off of my butt and exercising. i love losing weight and becoming a healthier person. i just hope i can keep it up :)

Weight Watchers 5% star!




im so happy. i got my 5% star today when i logged in my weight. im so happy. here is an update chart of my weight loss with Weight Watchers. ive never done this great with losing weight and its not even hard. its so easy. thats how i know i will stick to it. i am so excited with the changes ive made to better my health. :) the 10% line at the bottom is what im hoping to reach by easter. that goal will be 204 pounds. i am now at 215. thats a total of 17 pounds since highest weight and 12 pounds since i started WW Jan 1st 2009.

My Weight Update


Since January 1st 2009, i have been serious about my weight loss with weight watchers. i have done a wonderful job so far with managing my weight. ive been eating healthier and exercising occasionally (i hope to get better at that). i cant wait till i lose enough that i can drop in sizes.

January 1, 2009: 232 pounds/size 18/DD chest.
February 18, 2009: 218 poundss/ size 18/ DD chest.

I cant wait till Summer and fresh fruit! :P
